What does Focus on the Moment Photobooths offer? 

Focus on the Moment Photobooths offers a specialized photobooth enhancement to your wedding, social, corporate event, school or church function. Depending on your package selection, we offer the photobooth equipment, digital products, backdrop and photobooth props. Additional products are available per request. We also offer design consultation to provide a collaborative experience for clients and work with your other vendors to ensure an ideal cohesive experience. 
 

What is included in the rental price?
Rental quotes include the rental of the physical item, services including selected package, delivery, pick up and a convenience fee if you choose to pay via credit card.

What is the delivery radius?
We offer free delivery within 30 miles of the Burlington area. Outside of the 30-mile radius an additional delivery fee may be included in the rental price.
 

What is the deposit policy?
50% of full price of rental is required at time of booking. Remaining amount of payment required 30 days prior to event.
 

What is the cancellation fee?
Cancellations made more than 90 days in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 90 days of event will result in loss of deposit fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be responsible for 100% of rental fee.
 

How do I pay for my rental?  
Deposits are required to book and reserve a requested date. Payments can be made via Venmo or Credit Card with an additional convenience fee, which can be paid through a provided invoice. 
 

What happens if there is damage to products during the rental?
When the rental agreement is signed, the client will be responsible for the full replacement cost for items. The client will be expected to pay the full amount of replacement cost following damage inspection and quote.
